SILK BANNERS

Silk banners or "dancing silks" began as a concept in 1991, when Jean Mabry was inspired to create movements with long silk banners for use in dance.

The many movements have been named and taught all over the world.

Click on the links below to view the history and explanation of the movements, in the helpful .pdf document, along with our tutorial videos on our YouTube channel.

Everyone is invited to copy our movements for use in your own dances, as we give our God all the glory for His inspirations of praise.  May God inspire you to create new movements in your own worship.
